What is CE certification?
CE certification is the main requirement that constitutes the core of the European Directive, that is, it is only limited to the basic safety requirements of the safety plan of the product that does not endanger humans, animals, and goods, rather than the general quality requirements. The harmonized directives stipulate the main requirements, and the general directive requirements are standard. task. Therefore, the exact meaning is: the CE mark is a safety pass mark instead of a quality pass mark.
CE certification mark：
The "CE" mark is a security stamp that is seen as the manufacturer's passport to open and enter the European market. CE stands for European unity. The "CE" mark in the European Union market is a mandatory certification mark. No matter the products produced by enterprises in the European Union or products produced by other countries, they must be affixed with "CE" if they want to circulate freely in the European market.
Necessity of APPLYING CE：
CE certification provides unified technical specifications for the trade of products from different countries in the European market and simplifies the trade procedures. Any country's products to enter the European Union, the European Free Trade Area must be CE certification, the product on the CE mark. Therefore, CE certification is a passport for products to enter the European Union and the European Free Trade Zone. CE certification indicates that the product has met the safety requirements stipulated in the EU directive; It is a promise made by enterprises to consumers and increases consumers' trust in products. Products bearing the CE mark will reduce the risk of selling in the European market. These risks include:
1) Risk of being detained and investigated by the Customs;
2) The risk of being investigated and punished by the market supervision institution;

Apply for CE benefits：

CE certification scope of application：
The CE mark is required by the EU and EEA countries. As of January 2013, the EU has 27 member states. They are:

Procedures for applying for CE certification
1) The application shall be submitted by the enterprise;
2) The parties shall sign a certification contract;
3) The company shall provide testing samples and technical documents;
4) Conduct sample testing and technical document review;
5) Issue compliance certificates:

7) The enterprise shall attach the CE mark on the products.
Technical documents to be prepared for CE certification：
1) Name and address of the manufacturer (authorized representative (authorized agent) AR), name and model of the product, etc.;
2) Product instructions;
3) Safety design documents (including key structure drawing, i.e. the design drawing that can reflect the climbing distance, clearance, number and thickness of insulation layer);
4) Product technical conditions (or enterprise standards), and the establishment of technical data;
5) Electrical schematic diagram, block diagram and circuit diagram of the product;
6) List of key components or raw materials (please select products with European certification marks);
7) Testing Report;
8) Relevant certificates issued by NB, the certification authority of the EU (for other modes other than Mode A);
9) The registration certificate of the product in the EU (for certain products, such as Class I medical devices and common IVD in vitro diagnostic medical devices);
10)CE declaration of Conformity (DOC);
